Team News

wolves
Daniel Podence is doubtful while defenders Romain Saiss, Max Kilman and Nelson Semedo are injured.

Norwich
Christoph Zimmermann and Mathias Normann are likely to be absent. Adam Idah, Ozan Kabak, Josh Sargent, Kenny McLean and Andrew Omobamidele remain on the sidelines.

Match Preview

Wolves defenders have had a tough few weeks after a 3-0 home defeat to Brighton, a 2-2 draw at Chelsea and Wednesday’s 5-1 rout of Kevin De Bruyne-inspired champions Manchester City.

They will therefore be relieved to face Norwich – the Premier League’s bottom and worst-scoring club – at Molineux on Sunday but, despite the Canaries’ lack of a lead, over 2.5 goals seems a decent bet.

Wolves have lost eight of their last 12 league games but showed their spirit as they came from 2-0 down to draw at Stamford Bridge last weekend and have a great chance of putting on a show in their last campaign home game.

Relegated Norwich have a long injury list and have conceded at least twice in 11 of their last 13 games, although that run has included 3-1 defeats to Liverpool and Chelsea and a 3-2 defeat at Manchester United.

Key stat

Six of Wolves’ last seven home games have produced more than two goals.
