Overview

The Scottish Premiership have left for their winter break, but there is still plenty of national action on Sunday.

Things are tight at the top of the championship and league leaders Arbroath face second-placed Inverness in what should be an entertaining contest at Gayfield Park.

However, in terms of the punt, the Fife Derby seems like the place to play. Raith has lost just two of his last 17 games in all completions and they have been strong at Stark’s Park this term.

The Rovers have lost just one Championship game on their own home turf and they face a Dunfermline side that have been dismal on the road.

The Pars have won just one away league game and it’s just two wins in 23 games for John Hughes’ men.

It’s a terrible run and Dunfermline has the worst outside goal scoring numbers in the league.

At 5-6, Raith looks like good value to win and keeps the pressure on the sides above them.

Partick should prove to be too strong for club down Morton, but there isn’t a lot of juice in the prizes. The Jags have only conceded six times in nine home league games and Morton has only scored seven times on the road. Supporting Ian McCall’s side to win at zero might be the way to go.
