With Newcastle’s two main right-backs unavailable through injury against West Ham, Emil Krafth is likely to come on as a substitute and the Swede is expected to be shown a yellow card.
The 27-year-old has six bookings in 20 starts over the past two seasons and is expected to line up against a tricky Hammers forward line, possibly featuring Jarrod Bowen, Said Benrahama and Manuel Lanzini.
The Magpies have picked up the second-most yellows in the league this year and Krafth is believed to be 5-1 to add to the tally.
With Diogo Jota injured against Inter in the Champions League and Mo Salah playing 90 minutes after a long Afcon campaign, Liverpool’s new signing Luis Diaz could be up against Norwich early on as Jurgen Klopp shuffle the peloton.
The Colombian scored 14 goals in 18 league appearances for Porto earlier this season and could get his first for the Reds against a Norwich side who have conceded at least three in the two meetings between these sides this season.
Aston Villa will be looking for an improved performance against Watford after taking just one point from two winnable games since the winter break.
Ollie Watkins hasn’t managed to score in six games, so Danny Ings could well come on as the striker’s replacement and be on the scoresheet.
Ings has scored four goals in his last three league games against the Hornets and is likely to be the home side’s penalty taker. The 9-5 odds he scores anytime could prove to be generous.
Another player wanted for a goal in the same game is Villa youngster Jacob Ramsey.
The midfielder has five goals in this campaign and the 4-1 he has to get another with bet365 is double what other companies offer.
