Covering 35 matches across the United States, the 2021 NRL22X National Championship Series ran from June 2021 until the final match, which took place May 27-29 at Gadsden Shooting Center in Iberia, Missouri.

What is the NRL22X? On the NRL22 website: “NRL22X is the premier advocacy and support organization for .22 LR sniper rifles…Sniper rifle shooting has grown exponentially over the past few years with NRL at the forefront -guard and we seek to pave the way in the future for all who want to participate in this sport.

Simmons’ Lapua Center-X .22 LR ammunition was fitted to his firearms at the Rimfire Performance Center in Lapua. Unique batches of ammunition are tested at 50 and 100 meters simultaneously, identifying the best performing ammunition to purchase.

“I knew coming into the championship I needed the best ammunition possible,” Simmons said. “Devan at the Mesa Test Facility prepped me weeks before the game with the best possible batch of Lapua Center-X for my rifle.”

The buddy service is available to any shooter wishing to gain a competitive advantage on the shooting line. You can schedule tests at one of Lapua’s Rimfire Performance Centers located in Mesa, Arizona, or Marengo, Ohio. Learn more at lapua.com.
