A credit provider continues complaints co. for “illegal” practice

By Joel Poultney (June 20, 2022, 5:20 pm BST) – A company providing consumer credit lines continued a complaint management company for her alleged failure to invest correctly on the complaints she has filed, accusing the defendant to breached its regulatory obligations and unlawfully brought charges.

Safetynet Credit declares in a dossier of the high court of June 9 recently made public that the lack of an impakt claims to investigate the charges against Safetynet on behalf of consumers claiming that they were not suitable for credit cost to the company around £440,000 ($540,000) in wrongful payments, business losses and internal staff costs.
